1. Natural Living Furniture Warranty
1.1 Limited Warranty is non-transferable
1.2 The Warranty period will commence from the date of delivery
1.3 The Warranty will be invalidated if the original purchaser does not follow or carry out proper care and maintenance procedures as outlined in our care guides or where the product has been adapted, abused or altered
1.4 Our responsibility shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement

Aluminium frame – Warranty Covers any manufacturing defects & part failure. | 2 Years |

Batyline Mesh – Warranty Covers any discoloration & workmanship defects (Does not cover stains caused by pollution). | 1 Year |
Fabric Covers – Warranty protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to colour or strength loss from natural usage and exposure conditions; including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals | 1 Year |
Stitching and zippers | 1 Year |
The above warranties do not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. After the limited warranty period, the original purchaser will be responsible for replacement parts, labor and transportation costs.
3. Limited Warranty Exclusion
3.1 General wear and tear, accidental damage, abrasion, soiling, natural cushion interior settlement, flattening, incorrect cleaning methods & incorrect cleaning products
3.2 Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly
3.4 Products made with natural materials such as but not limited to leather, feathers, timber, veneers and marble may demonstrate unique markings, textural differences and colour variation. These are natural characteristics and in no way considered or recognized as defects
3.5 Loss of time, usage and, or money, loss or damage to personal property
3.6 Goods which are taken out of Singapore
3.7 Natural Living has the sole right to determine if the claim is covered by the limited warranty
3.8 Goods sold on a “AS-IS” basis and clearance items
4. Remedy
4.1 Under these Limited Warranties, our exclusive obligation during the applicable warranty period is to repair or replace, at its option, any part or parts found, upon examination by representative of Natural Living to contain a material manufacturing defect. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics and leather may vary in colour and grain.
