Why did you choose to purchase from NL?

A friend of mine recommended NL to me which was why I travelled all the way down (Sanjay lives quite a distance away from our showroom) to have a look. More importantly, Glavin (our salesperson) really impressed me. He was helpful, sincere and followed up with me for a few months. He went out of his way to answer my queries – for instance when I asked for the measurements, he got back to me very quickly.

Why did you choose the Timber Lounge set?

I was looking for something simple, modern, classy and durable, and this lounge set caught my eye.
